Olympic offspring

Conthargos' offspring make the headlines, such as Conchento PS, who was placed, first with Luciana Diniz/POR and now with Gregory Wathelet/BEL, in the Grand Prix of St. Tropez/FRA, London/GBR, Geneva/SUI, Valence/FRA and Vilamoura/POR, Concona, who was placed sixth in the Grand Prix of Hamburg/GER with Ben Maher/GBR, Easy Girl, who won the Grand Prix of Caledon/CAN with Santiago Lambre/BRA and was placed third in the Grand Prix of Tryon/USA, and Connecticut, who was highly placed in the Grand Prix of Lier/BEL and the 1.55m show jumping competition in Calgary/CAN with Matthew Sampson/GBR. Cosa Nostra/Alberto Michan/ISR took part in the Olympic Games in Tokyo/JPN, after being placed in the Grand Prix of Wellington/USA. Pia Contra/Nicolas Pizarro/MEX won the Grand Prix of Balvanera/MEX. Jadore Moi/Sophie Leube/GER won the eventing CCIO4*-L in Boekelo/NED and took the sixth place in the German Championships in Luhmühlen/GER. Also successful in show jumping: Cocolina/Natalie Dean/USA, Conbelleza/Simon Delestre/FRA, Conthacco/Schuyler Riley/USA, Conblue/Patrick Stühlmeyer/GER, Jolanda/Oliver Lemmer/GER, Coraline/Franz-Josef Dahlmann/GER, Tailormade Chloe Star PS/Karin Martinsen/SWE and Concollon PS/Laura Klaphake/GER.

In 2008, at the age of four, Conthargos won the Deister Championship in Dobrock with 9.5 and effortlessly qualified for the German Championships in 2009. Due to an injury, he could not continue his own career, but his offspring very successfully took over from him. Almost 20 of his sons have been licensed, including our double Champion Stallion Conthalou, and Continental Blue, who was highly placed in the Grand Prix of Herning/DEN and Neumünster/GER.

And Conthargos has other strings to his bow! Conmitage won the gold medal at the Belgian Show Jumping Championships (6y.o.) and Classé pour toi/Frederic Tillmann/GER was placed in the finals of the World Championships for young horses and of the German Championships (5y.o.). In 2020, Comtess was Vice Regional Champion of five-year-old Oldenburg show jumping horses and a colt by Conthargos won the silver and bronze medals at the German Foal Championships.
